John is honest and his teachings are spot on!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was a member of FINL, a network marketing company that John founded in the 90's. They always preached consistent work, smart spending, and debt elimination.

They told us not to expect a miracle or hope to get rich quick & easy.

The downfall of that company was mainly the result of a distributor who published a book promising the moon. Not John's fault.

If you follow the debt elimination methods John teaches, you will be pleasantly surprised. If you expect a 'magic pill' that ends your financial woes...

that's on you... not John.

I'm happy to hear you had good luck with the company while it still existed. But me personally?

I don't trust any network marketing operation whether it be a scam or totally legitimate and reputable. I can assure you based on personal experience with Herbalife and companies like it that some of your fellow reps didn't have as much success as you did if any success at all.

Read "The Science Of Getting Rich" by Wallace Wattle I also can assure you that the percentage who don't is because they haven't taking the time to learn the certain way of thinking and certain way of acting from those who are successful. Because you can have two individuals who have the same company, same comp.

plan and same products or services. One is successful and the other not. So it's neither of those three. I.

The Four Things A Network Marketer must do is: 1. Collect People 2. Capture Their Information 3. Communicate With Them 4.

Close: Offers It's simple to do. Nothing about it is rocket science. To do all four, a person need to develop the 7 skill-sets of a Network Marketer which Eric Worre covers in his book, "GoPro". II.

The Five Pillars Of Network Marketing They need to understand the Five Pillars of Network Marketing: 1. Never Give Up- You have to include personal and professional development in order to think a certain way if you are to act a certain way. That's why Jim Rohn said to work harder on yourself than your job." 2. Find A Mentor- Reach out to your upline to learn their certain way of thinking and certain way of acting or doing things.

You can also reach out to someone who may not be within your upline, but is a successful Network Marketer. If you're not coachable, than you're going struggle. Don't question it because you just don't have the experience, wisdom, and a documented success where as they do. 3.

Work The System- It's an expansion of number 3, but that they have a proven system that anyone can follow it consistently and exactly how the Mode Of Operation was established Most have such a huge ego that no one can tell them what to do or that they know better than a documented successful Network Marketer. They want to recreate the system rather than work the proven system. 4. Tell Your Story- Most don't actually used their products and so they don't have a story of change to share with others.

As in, being the product of the product. They also don't do the work as in developing the 7 skill-sets of a Network Marketer, they don't harder on themselves as far as personal and professional program, and working the system. So they are not experiencing the residual income. Now they don't have that as part of their story too.

Having a story is huge. People buy into the person and their story. It's okay to start of with their basic story while leveraging other people's stories. But, you must create your story beyond the basic by being the product of the product and doing the work consistently.

5. Keep It Simple-What a Network Marketer does must be duplicable. Meaning that it is so simple that anyone can see themselves doing it and doing it consistently overtime. Which goes back to work the system that is simple.

Most over complicate it when it is simple. 6. Sift And Sort- This has to do with developing the 7 skill-sets of a professional Network Marketer. Read GoPro.

7. Support Your Downline- You have to be a leader by inspiration. Your team members or business partners will do what you're doing. What you're doing will teach them what it is like to build their team and customers.

Teach them by example and by encouraging them to do all 7 pillars of Network Marketing. The one book I highly recommend besides Eric Worre's "GoPro" is "Your First Year In Network Marketing by Mark Yarnell.

He covers the common pitfalls people fall into that keeps them from being a success. I have a system that teaches people what they need to do to be a successful Network Marketer with a daily mode of operation document.

John Cummuta Seminar Review from Burleson, Texas

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
John Cummuta's Seminar takes what you already know and puts it in to plan. I took this seminar roughly 10 years ago and it changed me and my way of thinking it changed my life. I am 33 own a 6k sf house without a mortgage. I'm a single father of a 17 year old. I pay cash for vehicles and travel more than you could imagine. It doesn't happen over night NOTHING does. It take years of dedications. So for all the people calling it a scam you are wrong. Look at it this way College would be a total waste for me because I know I can't handle it. Therefore does it make college a scam No it makes it a tool like many others that only some people can use.

Are you sure you weren't scammed by imposters? David Bach was a part of the package, and I know he is legit!

Are you sure you weren't scammed by imposters? Would never advise you to pay by credit cards I suspect! That is why I was interested "Transforming Debt Into Wealth" in the first place. Don't let people steal your wealth by owing them $$$$ was the main message I got out of it! David Bach was a part of the package, and I know he is legit! I ordered just to see and try to get relatives to partner with me, when i couldn't get the them to come on board, I decided to send it back within the 30 days in 2010. "Transforming Debt Into Wealth" for about $120, plus paid insurance to send it back, even though I DID want to keep it. I just wrote down the players so I could look up the ones that I was unfamiliar with! I always planned to get the nicely packaged Kit back when I had myself my willing partner! I didn't even so much as take the plastic off or listen to it yet!

Beware

In 1996 Financial Independence Network Limited, Inc. Owner and Author John M.

Cummuta knowing marketed his "get out of debt" materials through a company called "American Business Publications, Inc. run by Donald J Mikrut who marketed FINL products in a multi-level marketing mail fraud scheme that cost 30 Million from an unsuspecting public of over 50,000. For details Google search "Donald J. Mikrut".

Don went to jail for 3 years for this little scam and should have done 10 years. Before purchasing any of FINL's book, consider the morality of the source.

I too was involved with FINL. John Commuta and his teachings are legit and all above board.

Don Mikrut and his company American Business Publications should not be used when deciding to work with or learn from John.

Two different people. John was the CEO of FINL and Don was a marketing rep (distributor) in John's organization.

John cummuta is a thief

John cummuta is a thief who under false pretenses, takes money from people who can least afford to lose it. Several years ago my financial situation was quite dire and while on the phone they said the program cost 49.99. I get the small box of items and a 500.00 bill. I called to cancel and they all of a sudden had no return policy and they would not work with me on a return even after I explained the problem. If anyone is ever aware of a class action lawsuit directed at this thief I would like to know who to contact. we may not get much, but a big payout to extremely ripped off customers would hurt this schuyster who loves money more than

MAJOR SCAM

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I am so embarrassed to say what I am about to!!!!! My wife and I were SCAMMED BIG TIME!

I'll start at the beginning. We looked at the program hoping for help. I have been unemployed since 2003 due to a stroke. My entire retirement account was spent up.

We always tried to live within our means and conservative I was unable to work because of my stroke, except for 2 hours a week at my church!! The debt was piling up and we were becoming worried! We saw this program discussed and prayed it would help. They told us it is worth and sells for $10,000 but gave us a deal....ONLY $5,900!!!!!

We had 3 day right to cancel. I called within that time and cancelled, only to be scammed into keeping it . Our phone coach had all of our financial info ...debts, income, expenses DETAILED!!! We were losing about $70/ month, but after they help us with several phone coaching the advise we were given was to "eat out less" and "make little sandwiches to bring to work!!!!

WHAT!!! ARE YOU KIDDIBNG ME!!!!!????We couldn't pay for the program, got no help and were just totally drained!!! Our marriage was at an all time high stress level! Now we are getting collection calls to pay for the program.

We got a phone call a few months later offering a "one time only $1,000 reduction". We took it only to find out it a couple months later by accepting their offer we gave up the right to sue Cummuta in the class action lawsuit that they were facing. ( I think we did come out better than the litigants in the class action suit collected!!!)

We now had to file CH 7! They put the final nail into our coffin.

So we have a $4,000 paperweight of CD's and manuals in our basement!

Well, there is more but I'm sure you had enough.

I wish all those who were screwed over and taken advantage of the very best. God bless!!

I have to agree with the comment below. It seems people buying the program are looking for a miracle. If you already know everything in the book... why are you not doing it? If you know everything, and actually applied 30% ... you would not be in the situation you're in. You're pissed because you paid for something you know. But you should be pissed off at yourself for putting yourself in this situation. Instead of blaming it on somebody else. I'm a financial advisor, and I run into idiots that always look for miracle. Wealth building is simple. No magic. Just do it.

First of all let me say I never said the comment I knew it all or know everything! Yes I was very knowledgeable, but maybe there were some other things that I was not aware of and perhaps some coaching would help. Our coaching told us to eat out less and make little cookies at home that was our "professional "recommendations!!!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was so cleverly convinced to accept the offer this unethical man and his organization promised me some years back....I invested over 16,000 on credit cards to buy his program and to be coached by some of the most inept and inexperienced coaches and teachers. Not one of the promises made to me every were fulfilled and this was followed by more promises...I am still attempting to recover from the huge losses and the inability to pay the debts off that I originally had PLUS the huge debt I incurred from this phony company . I feel some restitution is still due and I would be willing to join a class-action lawsuit against this man and his company.

They tried to get me to get more credit cards and they would take the cash advance and invest it and hope that the investments would make enough money to pay off the house. Yeah right, I never did.

Guest

My sister got the Debt Free and Prosperous Living tapes over ten years ago. When I saw them at her house, I asked if I could listen to them.

She responded, "Oh you already do that", but I still borrowed them and DID listen. I don't know if she ever did; but there were a few added bits of information that really hit home. She eventually returned the tape and got her money back. I kept his advice in mind over the years and I AM debt free, but my sister is up to her ears in debt.

I was never an over spender or ran up huge credit card bills. I've never owned a new car, but I started paying cash for the ones I bought. I have credit cards, but I pay them off as soon as the bill comes in. I DIDN'T know to the extent of credit card debt this country has climbed to; and found it shocking.

We live in a society that is living WAY beyond their means and I blame the housing crisis on people who don't understand that you can't afford to buy a home with payments of, say $1200/month when you only make $2000/month.

I guess people don't realize that home ownership involves more than the mortgage payment. I think John Camutta has done a great service trying to educate people.

Guest

First let me say I am so sorry to hear about your terrible experience and LOSS!! Re reading your comments several times with my jaw dropped to the floor!

Perhaps there is something collectively we can do to form a class action lawsuit against him for restitution. Thank you so much for your comments! Personally and honestly I wish there was some way I could help you right now, because I cannot even come close to imagining experiencing the terrible loss that you have! Perhaps an idea would be keep your eyes posted and to see if I am able to start a class action lawsuit.

One other gentleman, by the way basically called me an *** for investing in the course because of my previous knowledge and licenses that I carried in financial services. To a degree, he was correct. But the way you cut me down I almost felt as if this person was working proactively for John Cummuta.

My best wishes to you and your family. God bless!

wow, some people are really ignorant about finances and credit cards. Let me help you out.

All you have to do is call your credit card company or bank and DISPUTE the charges. Do it within 60 days. And make sure you did not go over the 30 day trial period. If you did, that's your fault.

You will not get your money back. It's that simple. I bought the program and found it amazingly helpful and simple. I am debt free after 6 years of following to the "T".

I'm now trying to build some investments. I can see I'll need help doing this and his program doesn't go into details on how to do this stage. I'm going to call them to see if they have other help in this area. By the way, I saved over $121,000 in interest alone.

Ask me if that was worth the $400.00 I paid for the program. Go ahead, ask me. It seems only fools are complaining on this site.

And a fool and their money are soon parted. Don't blame your feeble brain on John Cummutta.

Fraudulent Charges

I ordered the John Cummata Debt to Wealth program for $6.95 in February...never opened the box because I wanted to return it after reading the awful reviews online. I was told March 22, 2012 that I could not return it and was offered an "additional" debt consultation instead.

I told the gentleman I did not want any consultations and wanted the program cancelled...they had charged my card $79.99! He acknowledged the program would be cancelled and hung up on me. I have since been charged $79.99 every month since and have spokent to 3 "representatives" who say it would be cancelled...only to find out today from a most hateful woman at DTW that they aren't actual employees of DTW only marketing telemarketers!

WHAT A SCAM! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

This is why you're in debt in the first place. *** and indecisive.

$7 for information and you change your mind 10 minutes later, then post all over the web complaining about your own stupidity and indecisiveness? You knew when you ordered the SEVEN DOLLAR info that it was not refundable. You just make yourself look like even more of an *** by posting *** "complaints" about a non-returnable $7 item that you changed your mind over. Here's a FREE TIP: Don't go through life being a *** expecting the world to revolve around your indecisiveness.

No wonder you have no job. Dummy!

if you get scam it is your fault, The guy said in his informecial you can pay a 30 years mortgage in 10 years, if it sounds too good to be true keep in mind it should be a scam.

Keep a record of everything! If this is not resolved, file a complaint with the BBB.

Did you order the program or the debt free bible?

Check your package immediately to see what they actually sent you. Do not wait!!!

SaenHiggins/WealthSystemsLLC Prayed on Disabled Brother's Fears - $9000 in the Hole!

I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my brother, who is brain damaged due to a massive stroke that has resulted in inability to think abstractly, follow multiple directions or understand action vs. consequence. Net, half his brain is dead tissue. 9/29/11 – I received a scanned packet from Wealth Systems LLC (Saen Higgins) from my sister who expressed concern that my brother signed up for this obvious scam. 9/30/11 – I checked my brother's account balance online to pay bills and saw that in several transactions, approximately $9,000 was paid via ACH dating 9/29/11 . I immediately called the 877 number and spoke with Ed Y., a Client Rep. I explained the situation, and requested to close the account and refund the cost. He noted that my brother was outside the 3-day refund window and purchased the plan on 9/19. (ACH transactions take only 1-2 days, but didn't have suitable proof to argue) To close the account he required a Doctor's note and financial control info. At the end of the conversation, he advised me that my brother's account would be put "on hold" until the issue was resolved. My brother, I found out later was still able to access the account. Because of this, every time he logged on the account was "dinged" for prepaid "coaching sessions", that of course make up a good portion of the costs. 10/19/11 – I finally received and sent a full report from my brother's neuropsychologist (PsyD) regarding my brother's neurological health along with notification of pending guardianship with an elder law firm and sent on 10/24 to Mr. Yates via email. 10/27/11 -- I called Mr. Y.: He "didn't receive my email" so I faxed the documents. Ed asked me, "Well how much do you want back?" which sounded odd – like bargaining. Asked for his supervisor's information -- said her name was Karen and gave me her extension 11/4/11 – I called Ed and he advised me that his supervisors were reviewing his paperwork. I noted to him that over a week had gone by, and that I expected to be resolved the following week. Asked to talk to supervisor, and Ed balked. Left a message anyway on Karen's line 11/11/11 – I called Mr. Yates to follow up, and was told "it's in legal." Understanding the common stalling tactic, I said I had no choice but to file a preemptive report with the FTC. This company actually had an injunction against them in 2005 as a tandem sting with the DOJ. Their scam at the time was an Internet-based get rich quick scheme (selling from Websites). This particular scam my brother signed up for is a Tax Lien scheme and then also some type of Qualified Retirement Plan product. For info on the injunction in 2005, please see: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/wealthsystems/050202wealthsysinccmplt.pdf

12 phone calls in 6 hours- seriously? I called the number back to be removed from their call list- no beep to complete this- press option 2 and the mailbox is full. When I figure out who the insurance company is, they will be receiving a scathing letter and be reported to the better business bureau. Now that I am home why don't you give me a call? 12 phone calls? absolutely inexcusable. Your business will be reported on as many levels as I am able to go. This my friend, is considered harassment.
